Each BAA FitCamp session is different and may include any or all of the following:

  • Heart-pumping cardio drills to increase speed and endurance

  • Killer calisthenics for functional movements
  • Obstacle courses and games for fun and agility
  • Ab work for a rock solid core
  • Hand-weight, heavy weights & state-of-the-art machine weights for muscles, the secret weapon!
